What I Ate Wednesday – January

After an indulgent Christmas punctuated by bouts of flu and bugs aplenty, and a trip to the Alps for skiing, I was glad to be back in my own kitchen creating some healthy family meals! Now I’ve returned to work after maternity leave we’re getting lots of use out of the slow cooker I won in a competition by Feel Free Foods – it’s so easy to just throw ingredients in, and have a delicious, rich and flavoursome meal waiting for you at the end of the day.
